According to information provided as of March 17, 2005 by the BBB serving San Francisco, Oakland and Northern Coastal California: The principles of the Dorean Group filed a claim in United States District Court for Northern California against a number of mortgage holders in an attempt to force the lenders to cancel or eliminate mortgages on behalf of their clients. The court referred to these actions as a scam. Further, the court describes the arguments by Dorean to support their contention that mortgages should be eliminated as disjointed, vague and incomprehensible. The court rejected all allegations and ordered Dorean to pay over $60,000 in attorney fees.
